Filter Drying Equipments
Filter Drying Equipments is used for drying the Air Filters after cleaning (washable Filter).
This Filter Drying Equipments consisting of 10 micron Filters, Dynamic Blowers and Strip Heaters Sections. This Equipments is used to dry the Filters after cleaning of the Filters. After Cleaning, the Filters should be kept in the Filter Drying Equipments to dry the Filters by using Blower & Strip Heaters of each 2 KW capacity (6 No.s) which is already provided in this Equipments.
The main purpose of this Equipments is to dry the Filters which are cleaned by water. In this Filter Drying Equipments Fresh Air is drawn from the atmosphere and enters into blower section, from there the air passes through the Strip Heaters section consisting of 2 KW capacities each (6 No.s) and the Air gets heat treated. After strip heaters section there will be a provision with service doors to place the Filters which are to be dried with this Hot air and this air will pass through these Filters. There will be a Protective mesh before and after the Filter Spacing Section for safety purpose. After drying of Filters, this hot air gets exhausted into atmosphere through Hot Air Exhaust Duct. This Filter Drying Equipments is used to clean and dry the Filters which are washable Filters.
Dynamic Pass Boxes
These Dynamic Pass Boxes (DPB) are fabricated using high-grade 16G/18G powder-coated galvanized steel panels with anodized aluminum framing. The DPB units can be transported in a dismantled condition and installed on site effortlessly.
Static Pass Boxes
These Static Pass Boxes {SPB} are constructed using 43mm thick high-density insulated panels with anodized aluminum framework. The exterior is made of pre-finished galvanized steel, while the interior uses plain GI sheet for durability. These Static Pass Boxes {SPB} can be shipped in modular sections and assembled on-site without difficulty.
Laminar Air Flow
These LAF units are fabricated from 43mm thick insulated panels with anodized aluminium framework. The LAF panels consist of pre-painted galvanized iron exterior and plain GI interior. These LAF units are designed for easy transportation in dismantled form and can be installed on site without difficulty.
