These duct assemblies are constructed using 43mm thick PUF insulated panels with anodized aluminium frames. The paneling consists of pre-coated galvanized iron for the exterior surface and plain GI for the interior surface. These duct assemblies can be easily transported in dismantled form and installed on-site without difficulty.
The PUF insulation has a density of 40 kg/cu.mtr. Sections of the ducting can include cooling coils, heating coils, or steam coils with 2, 4, 6, or 8 rows. SS 304 insulated coil trays are integrated with mist eliminators and proper drain traps. Coil face velocity within the ducting will not exceed 500 fpm. Centrifugal fans from KRUGER/NICOTRA are incorporated into all ducting units and are AMCA certified.
These duct assemblies also feature direct drive fans compatible with BMS systems to optimize energy use. Three-phase induction motors (Eff-1 & 2) from CG/ABB/Kirloskar power all ducting fans. Centrifugal blower and motors are mounted on a single base frame with spring/rubber anti-vibration isolators. Door limit switches automatically stop the fan/motor when any ducting service door is opened. All ducting service doors are equipped with aluminium die-cast hinges and nylon handles. The ducting units are mounted on 16G GI / 100x50mm MS channel base frames according to size and can be dismantled for transport. Custom filtration levels are provided as per requirement.
