Thermal Break / Non-Thermal Break Double Skin Air Handling Units – Floor Mounted

These Air Handling Units (AHUs) are constructed with 43mm thick PUF panels and an aluminium anodized structure. The AHU panels consist of a pre-painted galvanized iron (GI) sheet for the exterior skin and a plain galvanized iron sheet for the interior skin. These AHUs are designed for easy transportation in dismantled condition and can be installed on-site without hassle.

  • PUF Density: 40 kg/cu.mtr

  • Coil Sections: Available with chilled water, hot water, and steam coils in 2, 4, 6 & 8 rows deep.

  • Coil Tray: SS 304 insulated coil tray with mist eliminator and proper drain trap.

  • Coil Face Velocity: Not more than 500 FPM.

  • Fans: High-efficiency centrifugal fans (KRUGER / NICOTRA make, AMCA certified).

  • Direct Drive Fans: Compatible with BMS systems for energy conservation.

  • Motors: Three-phase induction motors (Eff-1 & Eff-2) of CG / ABB / Kirloskar make.

The centrifugal blower and motor are mounted on a common base frame with a suitable drive package and spring/rubber-type anti-vibration isolators. A door limit switch automatically trips the motor/fan when the door is opened.

  • Service Doors: Equipped with aluminium die-cast hinges and nylon handles.

  • Base Frame: Constructed from 16G GI or 100x50mm MS channel depending on AHU size & capacity.

  • Filtration: Custom-made filtration levels as required.

These AHUs are built with 16G/18G pre-painted or powder-coated galvanized iron sheet panels supported by an aluminium anodized structure. Designed for easy site installation and hassle-free transportation in dismantled condition.

  • Fans: Centrifugal fans (KRUGER / NICOTRA make, AMCA certified).

  • Direct Drive Fans: Compatible with BMS systems for energy efficiency.

These AHUs are manufactured from 16G/18G pre-painted or powder-coated galvanized iron sheet panels with an aluminium anodized structure. Built for easy transportation in dismantled form and simple on-site installation.

  • Evaporative Cooling System: Cooling pad mounted on an SS water tank, complete with mist eliminator and mono block pump, including piping and controls.

  • Pad Face Velocity: Not more than 500 FPM.

  • Fans: Centrifugal fans (KRUGER / NICOTRA make, AMCA certified).

  • Direct Drive Fans: Compatible with BMS systems for energy saving.
